OH, very sorry. Thanks for pointing out my silliness. I thought I’d updated the link after I made my introduction, but I had not. I acquired a custom domain, which is stevenraysound.com. Please try that if you’re still interested. I’ve now updated my profile here with the correct url.
Sure thing! Once you click “Faircamp”, the Faircamp pages are opened in an iframe, while the URL stays just https://stevenraysound.com/#faircamp as you browse. So, to get a shareable link to the release, I had to:
(They haven’t even given us “copy frame URL” you see… but that’s no reason to complain since Chrome doesn’t even have that much in the way of frame-jacking. So Chrome users would be completely unable to get URLs to your Faircamp pages)
Well, I can tell you the formats I enabled for the Faircamp releases were mp3 and Opus. The latter is 128kbps. Did you try that, or is that something you can’t use on your end?
I went with Bandcamp because I can have a library of stuff I listen to all in one place that I don’t have to downlowd to the seven devices I have. Would prefer a place on the fediverse where I could build a library of songs to listen to that would link all the options for music sharing on the fediverse. There’s at least half a dozen platforms, and Faircamp allows hundreds of instances, almost all of which only have one artist on them.
Yeah, i got it shortly before Moog replaced it with the Subsequent 37. Supposedly, one upgrade was an improved set of oscillators. Tho I like mine just fine.
