Sounds like a great idea for Las Vegas. How did you organize it?
@Jay We got a 10k grant to do it tbh. Then we found a local group who was already doing this work on a much smaller scale as one offs (KiaZii), and we’re working with them to put it together.
Edit: I think a lot of this is do-able on elbow grease and gumption, but it’ll be a lot more work and reliant on people putting in a lot of free labor. Happy to talk through that!

It went well! I’m currently blocked by writing a report for the grant proposal but will write something after. The organizers shared a couple of stories on our instagram afterwards!
