We’re really excited to announce the launch of our Kickstarter campaign!
Running Mirlo takes time and money. To grow our community successfully we need to pay our workers, provide technical support for the product, and pay for material resources involved in running and advocating for the platform (including legal fees, infrastructure costs, etc).
For this campaign, we’ve set a really modest goal that lets us keep our lights on through the end of the year. Of course, if we want to grow Mirlo so that it will be more useful to more people we’ll need much more money. Any amount over our initial goal will help us get there.
PS. We truly apologize for the barrage of Mirlo emails you received last month. A hiccup in our email script meant that our emails never got marked as sent, which caused them to get re-sent every 5 minutes! Oops.
