The goal is to find peers with a common denominator: playing the same instrument, loving the same music genre, coming from the same part of the world…
Everyone can participate in these meeting points but only regular members, moderators and administrators can create them. This ensures that new meeting points are only created by experienced TSMN members who are trusted by the community. Also that these new conversations will have at least one experienced member following the conversation.
If you want to start a new meeting point but you don’t have the permissions yet, you can propose your idea on This place (forum) or This place (chat). If a member with the possibility to create meeting points likes the idea, they will create it for you.
Remember that Members > Meeting points is muted (unlisted) by default – see How the Members category works. The conversations are public (not private), and in fact you are encouraged to share the links with music makers and friends in TSMN or out there that share the same interests.
