Here is where I reckon that I am a total ignorant in Lemmy affairs. The concept is clear, I just never participated in a Lemmy instance. They federate. Does anyone know whether it is possible to vote from my Mastodon account, or do I need to create a Lemmy account?
(As Iām typing this I also realize that I donāt even know whether the actual voting happens on Lemmy or they use something else. Iāll check later. Tonight Iāll listen to all the songs in the contest.)
Added: oh, now I realize that while the contest is social, the music maybe itās not. It was a coincidence that I learned about Lemmyvision through one song that is Fediverse-native, and this is why I thought it was some kind of variation on the former Fedivision contest. Anyway, still interesting, and maybe TSMN music makers and other fedimusicians want to participate in the next edition, maybe we can discuss with the organizer(s) ways to collaborateā¦ There will be time, and many things will change before Lemmyvision 3.
