Something like this seems to have happened again. I just tried to add FairPlayer and again, it wouldn’t let me save the edit.
FWIW I’d like to advocate for setting up a proper wikiweb for this community, using a wiki engine like MediaWiki, or if you want to get experimental and try to hook Discourse up to it over ActivityPub, Ibis or XWiki.
